At 39, Savinainen brings with him a wealth of experience, transitioning from his successful stretch with Tappara’s roster.

Hailing from Espoo, Savinainen’s career is decorated with numerous achievements. Last season alone, he achieved 10 goals and 13 assists, instrumental in his team’s excellence. Beyond national borders, his resume includes representing Finland in five World Championships and an Olympic appearance.
Winning Pedigree
Commandingly boasting six Finnish championship titles, Savinainen’s first claim to fame came in 2013 with Porin Ässät, followed by five victorious seasons as part of Tappara (2016, 2017, 2022, 2023, and 2024). His repertoire brings not only skill but a winning ethos that TPS aims to capitalize on.
